Introduction and training simultaneously, building a contingent of high-quality  research team
1、Increasing  research personnel recruitment, strengthen scientific research team
   Under the guidance of the Group's development strategy of "people-oriented, scientific and sound development",the group sees 2010 as a talent development year,greatly improves the personnel salary level, and increases senior talent recruitment. In mid-March 2010, Wang Dejun, chairman of boards, personally led the team, with vice president in charge of recruitment and vice president in charge of research, and made recruitment in Tsinghua University, Peking University, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, China Pharmaceutical University and other famous universities, and successfully introduced 5 doctors and more than 30 masters. In 2010, the Group had 100 full-time R&D personnel and bachelor’s degree or above was 98% of the total number.
In 2011, the Group plans to introduce 100 scientists (10 PhDs, 90 Masters) and make a team of 200-300 researchers in three years.
2、Establish a training system with Disha feature, and expand the advantage of scientific research personnel
    With the development and growth of the Group, the leaders recognized that high-quality employee trainings are an efficient investment, as well as a good way to improve comprehensive competitiveness of the Group. Therefore, there are 1.5 million RMB from the Group as the capital assurance of training, like pre-work training of the green hands and in-job training of the staff.
During the orientation which includes patient training and pre-work training, some trainees leave the company because they don’t identify with the Group culture or their capability doesn’t fit the jobs they applied to. Practice has approved that those who stay through the orientation can positively face the difficulties in work and during work, they complained less, work efficiently and with more enthusiasm and initiation.
 The pre-work training with Disha feature greatly reduces the Group's turnover. In 2009, the new employee turnover rate was 8.66%, dropped by 83.4% compared with last year. It creates a Chinese pharmaceutical companies first-class training effect and which saves hundreds of millions RMB labor cost for the group.

Annually, there are RMB 500,000 training funds for scientific research personnel training outside to ensure they can keep up with the latest medical research and the development of new ideas, new methods .
Group organized scientific research key personnel to participate in the training “drugs ( impurity ) quality control methods and quality standards training course” held by  national Food and Drug Administration and “drug development and drug registration management and medical knowledge protection of property rights seminars " held by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. Lin chun, the research center manager, who participated in the training, said “this is the special benefit given by the Group, which expand our horizons, and we benefit a lot from it and feel great honored”

 

Establish  the system standard, strengthen the management, improve scientific research personnel’s treatment on all aspects
1. Establish and improve a series of scientific management system
The company establishes a set of management system for the scientific research center management, such as “scientific research management approach”, “sponsored project fund management approach”, “Intellectual property rights management regulations” and so on. The sound research system makes research work orderly and efficiently as well as maintains the interests of scientific research personnel.

2. Improve the welfare of scientific research personnel and resolve their problems in daily life.
